Ricardo Becker

Ricardo Becker is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice, with a focus on mining and energy.

He has worked with many of the top mining companies in Chile. His work primarily covers performance improvement, capital projects, environmental permitting and operating model. In energy, he has supported the definition of growth strategies for generation companies.

Prior to joining Bain, he was Chief Advisor to the Minister of Mining in Chile, responsible for public policy development on the field, covering topics such as mining concession rights, the lithium tender process, developing the national mining policy, and others.

Ricardo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

In his personal time, Ricardo is a passionate tennis player and enjoys doing long camping adventures with his wife and three kids.
