Charlie Norko

Charlie is a member of our Organization practice.

As a leader of Aster, Bain's organizational diagnostics and design solution, Charlie's work primarily involves helping clients to improve and accelerate organizational redesign efforts through software and analytics.

Beyond his work as a technology leader at Bain, Charlie has 10+ years of experience in organizational design and strategy consulting. Charlie graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in Economics and Government.

In his personal time, Charlie is an active cyclist and skier.
