Thomas Nachtwey

Thomas Nachtwey is an expert in the firm's Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice and leads our Enterprise Technology practices in the DACH region.

He joined Bain in 2019 and has more than 15 years of management consulting experience.

Thomas advises clients in the industrial and technology sectors on issues such as large-scale business and IT transformations, development, and execution of target IT landscapes as well as IT program recovery. Prior to joining Bain, he supported media and technology clients across the USA, South America, Asia, the Middle East, Austria and Germany.

He graduated with a degree in business management from the University of Augsburg, focusing on international business management and commercial information technology.
