We have several initiatives such as our storytelling series, skill-building events and workshops, guest speakers, accountability groups, and communications trainings.

Through initiatives like Community Impact Day, our entire office dedicates a day to volunteering with local nonprofits that address critical issues. Our Green Team drives environmental responsibility at all levels, aiming to make Bain a leader in corporate sustainability through reduced carbon footprint and external action. Additionally, our Inspire chapter offers pro-bono consulting services to mission-driven nonprofits, addressing a wide range of challenges from diversity in filmmaking to systemic urban poverty and homelessness.
